History
CFC Properties, an Indiana property management and development company, was founded in 1973. During CFC’s thirty years of operation, great emphasis has been placed on architecturally significant structures. The company has become a leader in property management, as well as the restoration and promotion of downtown Bloomington.
CFC’s largest restoration projects thus far have been the Showers Plaza complex and Fountain Square, both of which are important historic structures in Bloomington’s downtown district. The company also has developed residential properties, including the innovative Bicycle Apartments project, Madison Park condominiums, as well as Lincoln Place condominiums and the newest addition, The Kirkwood, featuring downtown luxury apartment homes.
CFC also has joined hands with the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana to stabilize and partially restore the historic West Baden Springs Hotel in West Baden, Indiana. Download CFC’s 30 year history (PDF).
