CFC, Inc. wins award for The Kirkwood

At the recent annual Indiana Apartment Association conference, CFC Inc. was presented with three Prodigy Awards for The Kirkwood, one of downtown Bloomington’s newest luxury apartment communities.

Jim Murphy, president, and Nikki Johnson, residential property manager, accepted the awards for “Best One-Bedroom Floor plan,” “Best Three-Bedroom Floor plan” and “Best Overall Marketing Plan”.

The Prodigy Awards recognizes the “best of the best” in products, services and marketing of multifamily housing in the state of Indiana.
