The maintenance staff at CFC Properties would like to make living in your apartment as comfortable as possible. CFC is pleased to provide our residents with 24 hour emergency service and prompt attention to all non-emergency requests. If and when you have a maintenance service request, please let us know when it first occurs so we can respond quickly and remedy the problem.

* Please note that you will reach an answering service when calling the 24 hour maintenance number after office hours and on holidays. The answering service will ask the nature of the problem and determine if it is a “true” emergency. Our personnel will then be contacted by the answering service if a true emergency does exist.

This form is to be used for non-emergency requests only. If your problem concerns a water leak, fire or safety issue, heating or cooling in extreme weather conditions, a clogged toilet (if you only have one bathroom), or no hot water, please call emergency maintenance at 812.339.0053.
