The Johnson Hardware building across the street from the Johnson Creamery building was purchased in 1983 by CFC Properties, a real estate development and property management company, and converted into offices. CFC added a brick and limestone façade, covering the cinder blocks to enhance the building’s exterior.
The property was sold in 2012 to the Monroe County Government.
